Turnaround time: We love getting your orders to you fast! While we often complete them much sooner, please keep our standard two-week turnaround in mind when ordering. If you need it sooner, just let us know! Please note that a rush fee may apply to accommodate a tighter deadline.
Disclaimer: While everything possible is done to prevent it, occasionally damage can occur during the embroidery process due to broken needles, machine error, etc. Hats especially are at higher risk of this and we recommend ordering at least one spare when quantities are important. We will always try to repair, replace, or find a solution to solve this, but that is not always possible. Please consider this before providing something irreplaceable.
